What to Wear to Fall Family Mini Session - Fall EVEREVE Trends

Every family photo session season, my favorite thing to do is to shop for coordinating outfits. I get so many questions on Instagram on how to style a family session or what to wear to family photos. My answer is always, find something you feel absolutly comfortable and confident in. Family photos are totally a different game when you are chasing down toddlers, wiping snot and running around making sure everyone else is happy. I love the idea of something fancy but truthfully, I tent to gravitate now more towards investment pieces I can wear long after the photoshoot instead of a gown. Florals are great for every season, especially when it comes to family mini sessions. I love the way it instantly makes me feel more feminine and delicate. Another one of my favorite things to wear to photoshoot is kimonos. Layering can really make your family photos look rich and interesting. Ruffle is easily the most popular rent for fall. You guys know I am all about movement pieces. Since these tops tend to have more volume, I find it's best to wear it in a neutral color for photoshoot. I love the way this soft pink Arc Co Ruffle Sleeve Sweater softens up the frame. Pair it with the 7 For All Man Kind Ankle Skinny with Destroy Scalloped Hem for the best balance! I chose a knit piece for Kai as well to continue with the soft, cozy feel.
