What is Probiotic and How I used it with Kai to Improve Digestive Health
When Kai was an infant, she was a happy baby except for tummy issues. Her gas problem was very bad and seemed so uncomfortable. Many times I had no idea what was wrong with her until she worked out a toot. As time went on, I began noticing the telltale signs: bloated tummy, thrusting tongue, face turning red. Her tummy issues became so disruptive we saught help from our pediatrician. We were told to perform a series of gas exercises that resemble baby yoga. Also it was suggested to us a pro-biotic will help. The combination of the two actually seemed to help her feel better!
