Target Toddler Holiday Toy Guide
Repeat after me! I will not be last minute with holiday gifts this year! I always get sooo overwhelmed with kids gift ideas and end up just panicking on December 24th! This year, things will be different! I’ve got a few years of toddler toy picking under my belt now and with a baby on the way in November, I plan on being DONE with kids holiday gift shopping early. Today I am sharing some tried and true items in Kai’s toy closet that will be passed down to her baby brother along with some exciting new LEGO building toys, wooden toys, imaginative play toys, outdoor/playhouses and of course, our favorite holiday books all from Target.
Before heading into the season, I really urge you to take an inventory of what’s in the toy closet right now. I love adding on to passions Kai already has and encouraging toys she can play with when baby brother gets a little older. Many of these options are gender friendly, will last year through year and encourages imagination!
Building Toys:
Kai is crazy about building right now. She is just as obsessed over Frozen and Mickey. Maybe because we took her to DisneyWorld and Land this year, but her eyes lit up when she saw these! I love building together as a family and watching her pretend play skills come to life with her favorite characters.

Wooden Toys:
This year’s Magnolia collection is sure to sell out fast! I love the neutral coloring and honestly don’t mind if Kai leaves these out! The market cart in particular could be stocked so many different ways for many holidays, it could be the cutest addition to your playroom!
